​The Society of Grips and Gaffers is meant to educate individuals who work within the Grip and Electric departments for film and video productions. By having members share information regarding on-set behaviors, expectations, tool usage and overall tips-and-tricks, we plan to create an environment that connects people in the international film community. With plans to host web meetings, in-person training sessions to understand proper usage of equipment and allow for members to share their experiences from working in their respective industry, SoGG will do its best to instill confidence in its members.
